YOU RECEIVE
The knowledge and skills you receive completing the Health Management Services course are transferable across many roles within the health industry and other industries as they include team and business skills. The program includes 5 central unit of proficiency and 8 elective units of proficiency.
Education on how to successfully converse with clients and industry providers.
Skills on how to respectively work with individuals from a range of cultural and social groups.
Knowledge and skills on how to effectively follow organisational procedures for infection control.
Knowledge on country specific workplace health and safety procedures.
Education on medical language and application.
The skills to correctly keep daily financial reports.
Training in the skills required to provide support for operational procedures and practices.
Education to identify areas for improvement using work performance.
Arrange and implement work practices and procedures.
The ability to produce documents using a number of computer programs.
Provide and oversee services.
Upon completion you will receive country specific Registration, Insurance and a Certificate of Qualification through the International Institute for Complementary Therapies.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROGRAM TAKE TO COMPLETE?
The Health Management Services program is offered for a 12-month period, however due to the adaptable nature of the online course, you can complete it sooner if you put your mind to it. Upon enrolment, you are provided access to the program in its entirety and can work through the units at your own speed. The length of time provided allows you to study around work and other commitments if required. Additionally, program tutors are available via email to provide you with support if the need arises. We are here to help you succeed.

WILL THE PROGRAM LEAD TO EMPLOYMENT?
Employment in the health industry has been projected to rise in future years, even before COVID-19 which has the potential to raise demand even more.
